Nexus 6 Case Review: CaseMate Naked Tough Bumper Case with Kickstand

October 1, 2017 Leave a Comment

This is our sixth Nexus 6 case review, and I think that’s the last one I have at the moment! So unless I find another one hiding or buy another one, I will then do a group review summarizing and contrasting them all.

Today’s review is the CaseMate Naked Tough Bumper Case and surprise-surprise it is still available and at a reasonable price, $6 and Prime-eligible at amazon.com. And not an Add-On item to boot 🙂

Nexus 6 Case Review: the Cruzerlite Bugdroid Circuit

September 17, 2017 Leave a Comment

We now continue our Nexus 6 Case review series with the Cruzerlite Bugdroid case in the orange-pumpkin color scheme. I purchased this online with my own money. This has proven to be head to head with the Spigen Thin Fit as my favorite case so far. I say so far, because as long as the phone works, and as long as there are internet sales, I will keep on trying new cases. Because it’s cheaper to buy a new phone case than to buy a new phone 🙂

Nexus 6 Case Review: Evecase S-Line TPU Swirl

July 19, 2017 Leave a Comment

And we are back with another one in our series of Nexus 6 Case reviews. This time we have a swirly design, a TPU slim-line case with a bit of an ergonomic grip on the sides. As you can see, the all important “Motorola Pride” M logo is visible thanks to a cut-out.

Nexus 6 case review: Insten Jelly button wrapper ruins it

July 2, 2017 Leave a Comment

We continue our series of Nexus 6 Case reviews (yes, we are fashionably late, 2.5 years after the release of this lovely phone) with another one. Spoiler alert, this is the worse case of the six I’ve used so far, simply because the case wraps over the buttons and makes pressing them not easy. Screenshots are painful, you need two hands and you have to concentrate. Regular button pressing is not smooth either. In the picture below, the power button is first, followed by Volume UP and DOWN.

Nexus 6 Case Review: Spigen Thin Fit

June 16, 2017 2 Comments

This is currently my favorite Nexus 6 case, and as fate would have it, of course it is not currently available 🙂 I purchased this with mine own money in late 2015 at amazon.com.

Why do I like it? It is easy and simple to put on, you just peel it off the edges and it’s off. To put it back on, you just align it with an edge and push.

Nexus 6 Case Review: the NageBee Spring design

February 10, 2017 Leave a Comment

This is the first in a series of Motorola Nexus 6 smartphone case reviews. I have about half a dozen of them, and will post individual reviews for each one. This one, the NageBee dual layer Spring design happened to be the one I was using at the moment, so it gets the first review. I purchased this with my own money at amazon.com. This is not a review sample.
